Obituary for Ada Jean Martens Age 74 of Bloomington, MN passed away October 14, 2018. She is preceded in death by parents, Gust and Goldie Martens; brother-in-law, Donald Bray; nephew, Robert Burton; great-niece, Roxanne Bullock. Survived by sisters, Dorothy Bray of Elgin, TX, June Burton Martens of Seward, NE, and Linda (Phil) Runyan of Eldon, MO; nieces and nephews, Julie (John) Leeper, Carol (Lonnie) Bullock, Randall (Kimberlee) Bray, Pamela (Ed) Simpson, Barbara (Ted) Snider, Michelle Burton, Mark (Kimberley) Burton, Brent (Erica) Burton, Melissa (Larry) Edgar, Patricia (Shawn) Deterding, Phillip II (Rachel) Runyan, Patrick Runyan and many great nieces and nephews.

Raised and graduated High School in Arapahoe,NE, she attended Hastings College and Mary Lanning Nursing School. Moved to Bloomington, MN, Ada worked at Abbott Northwestern Hospital for 46 years as a nurse before retiring. Private interment will be held at a later date in Arapahoe, NE.
