ADDIE BELLE RAYBON BOZEMAN, age 98 of Hueytown passed away on Sunday February 24, 2019. She was born on November 24, 1920 in Randolph Alabama. After high school she was employed at Southern Bell and at age 22 she joined The United States Marine Corps where she served during World War II.
Upon her discharge from the Marine Corps she settled in the San Diego, California and worked for the Social Security Administration. Addie was a devout Christian and Bible Scholar and at age 88 she moved back to Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Effie Wallace Raybon, brothers; Charles Raybon and John Sidney Raybon, sister; Effie Raybon Lightsey and a niece Ginger raybon Crosby.
She is survived by her nieces Martha J. Raybon McMahan (Billy), Glenda O’dell and Patricia Sisco and nephew Rick Raybon (Diane). The funeral will be Thursday February 28, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Peoples Chapel with visitation from 9:30 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. burial to follow at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Al. In Lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to your favorite charity.
