Dear Friends/Nagarathars, We would like to inform you with deep regrets that Aditya Mena, the 8 year old son of Karthik and Uma Meyappan passed away peacefully May 13, 2019 at the Bristol Meyers Squibb Childrens Hospital. Aditya was a special child. He was a courageous and spirited fighter, and a naughty brat.

He left an indelible impact with his charming smile. He enjoyed watching “Beauty and the Beast” along with his younger sister Jagatjanani. Karthik and Uma are natives of Devakottai and belong to our Mathoor Koil.

Karthik is the cousin of Annamalai and Alamu. He is known to all NJ Nagarathars by the hilarious short film he produced featuring our 2011 retreat. We convey our deepest condolences to the family and pray to the almighty to provide solace and strength the bereaved family.

The funeral visitation and cremation will be on Wednesday, May 15 from 9-11am at Franklin Memorial Park. We would appreciate if a few of Mathoor koil pangalis could attend and participate in the funeral ceremony.
