She was born March 13, 1934 in Clairton and was the daughter of the late George and Anna (Sprites) Martis and was the wife of the late Norbert Ralph Winters. Agnes was a retired Phlebotomist for Dr. Bonessi and Dr. Sabeh in White Oak.

She is survived by her daughters, Valerie (Kerry) Jones of Londonderry Township and Judy (David) Hall of Greenock, sons, Gerard “Jerry” Winters and Gregg Winters of Elizabeth Township, and Pastor Jeff (Michelle) Winters of Finleyville, grandchildren, Brittany (Keegan) McGregor, Barrett (Holly) Jones, Brent (Mary) Jones, Blake (Heather) Jones, and Brandon (Kate) Jones, Brent Winters and Brock Winters, great-grandchildren, Ellie and Sophie Jones and Zachary, Charlie, Teddy, Noah and Owen Jones. She was preceded in death by her son, Jamie Norbert Winters who passed away September 5, 2017. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Freedom Life Center, 268 Old Clairton Road, Pleasant Hills, 15236, dinner to follow Memorial Service, all are welcome.
