Alvin “Al” Sidney Wooten, Jr., age 74, born on February 29, 1944, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018, following an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Wooten, Sr.; his brothers, Robert (Happy) Wooten and Terry Wooten. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Wooten; his daughter, Lena Ray of Graysville, TN; granddaughter, Bethany Ray of Grandview, TN; sisters and brothers; Linda and Edward Mitchell, Candice Wooten, Lecia Foster, Jack and Debbie Phillips all of Lafayette, GA.

, Wanda Hogan of Ooltawa, TN. , Darlene and Russell Blevins of Ringgold, GA. , Johnny and Allison Wooten of Woodstock, GA.

; sisters in law, Shirley Pugh and Louise Bryan; and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Sunnyside Baptist Church in Lafayette, GA. Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming is in charge of arrangements.
