Obituary for Alan Mincey Christopher Alan Mincey, age 48 of Monroe, died Thursday, November 8, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Bryan Mincey. He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Mincey; children, Jackson Mincey, Caleb Mincey, Luke Mincey; mother, Cynthia Mincey; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jason and Kim Mincey, David and Tabby Mincey; nieces and nephew, Maggie, Kenzie, Ashlyn, Avi, Alex, Alyssa, Amaya and Anthony.

Alan was an avid Falcons and Braves fan and a huge Tar Heels fan. He graduated from Heritage High School in 1988 and later got his degree from Georgia State. He retired from AT&T.

Alan was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Scot Ward’s Green Meadow Chapel with Pastor Jason Mincey officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 4 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
