OBITUARY Alan Richard Claybaugh May 17, 1955 – January 23, 2019 Alan Richard Claybaugh, age 63, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Heritage Park. Surviving are his mother, Bessie Dollene Claybaugh, son, Greg Claybaugh, step-son, Matt Stout, step-daughter, Nikki Burton, and sister, Brenda (William) Schultz. Alan was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Claybaugh, father, Richard Lee Claybaugh, and son, Andy Stout.
