Cohoes, NY Alan W. Shea 76 died May 13, 2019. Born in Troy he had lived in Cohoes for many years and was son of the late Walter and Marion Collins Shea. He served his country during the Vietnam War in the US Army.

He was later employed as a security officer at Coburg Village in Clifton Park. He loved going for walks on Peebles Island in Cohoes and taking nature photos. Survived by his wife Christine Holcomb Shea.

He was father of the late Shannon Shea. Brother of Vaughn (Soxy) Shea, Carolyn Shea Riegert and Ginger Percuoco. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
