OBITUARY Albert Joseph Garcia November 23, 1950 – December 6, 2018 Play Tribute Movie An American born artist from Hanford, Calif. , with Mexican & German heritage. He has lived in the bay area while he taught art to middle, high school Community College students for 26 Years.

His credentials and degrees were from San Francisco State University as an Art Major and an Art Educator. He also took art courses from San Francisco Art Institute. He has moved to southern California and resides in Escondido after a successful career in Real Estate as a broker.

He studied under Roy Deforest, Richard Mlean, and Robert Bechtle, John Gutmann, well established artists from the San Francisco bay area. He loved family, art, laughter, and the ocean.
