Albert’s Obituary Albert R. Hudson age 61, passed away Friday, March 1, 2019. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 4, at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Windham and Mr. Calvin Miller officiating.

Burial will follow at New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Haddock. Mr. Hudson was a native of Elberton but had made his home in Haddock. He worked for Concord Fabrics, Brown & Williamson and Horton Homes and for over 15 years he was self-employed in HVAC maintenance.

He was a member of New Salem Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Mack and Charlotte Alexander Hudson and a brother Mack Jones Hudson, Jr. Survivors include his wife Judy Adams Hudson of Haddock, two sons, Chad Hudson (Jane) of Gray and Scott Hudson (Heather-Butterbean) of Haddock, a daughter Brooke Balkcom (Richard) of Ivey, grandchildren: Taylor Hudson, Kirsten Hudson, Kimber Hudson, Sophia Hudson, Cole Hudson, Bryce Balkcom, Kayla Hudson, Noah Balkcom, and Blake Balkcom. The family will be at 105 Pinecrest Drive in Milledgeville and will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Moores Funeral Home.
