Obituary for Albert Wai-Chung Yee Albert Wai-Chung Yee, 56, of Matawan passed away after a long courageous battle on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York City. Born in China to the late, Yim Kwong Yee and King Tam, he had lived in Queens, NY before settling, with his wife, in Matawan to raise their children. Albert was an electrician and member of the Local 3 Union.

He was a parishioner at Transfiguration Church, Chinatown for many years before recently being baptized catholic. Albert will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, and for his joyful spirit which stayed with him through his illness. Albert is survived by his wife, Wendy Yee of Matawan; daughters, Maggie Yee and Terri Yee and her boyfriend, Joe all of Matawan; siblings, Lai Ming Tse, Helen Yung, Ying Tong and Dennis Yee; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Waitt Funeral Home, 501 Hwy 79, Morganville, NJ on Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM directly prior to his 11:00 AM memorial service at the funeral home.
