Obituary for Aleece Brandon Clabes ALEECE BRANDON CLABES Aleece Brandon Clabes, 89, of Oklahoma City died Friday, November 23, 2018 following a short illness. She was born in Lawton, Oklahoma on December 15, 1928 and graduated from Lawton High School. She attended the University of Oklahoma and later earned a bachelor’s degree from the Oklahoma City University.

Aleece worked for the City of Oklahoma City Municipal court as chief probation officer and retired in February of 1995. She was passionate in her work with recovering alcoholics and drug recovery clients, firmly believing in the 12 Steps of Sobriety. Aleece knew everyone had value.

She is survived by two sons and their wives, Blair and Linda of Encinitas, California, Brandon and Sandy of Choctaw, Oklahoma, five grandchildren, Ryan, Jillian, Collin, Morgan and Gabby and four great-grandchildren. Private graveside services will be held at a later date in Lawton, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any recovery center.
