He explored many careers but found his passion working at Ruger. Alex enjoyed hiking in the Dells, Halloween, anime, music, and video games. Alex is survived by: Robert Gill (father); Theresa Kavanon (mother); Robert Gill Jr., and James Gill (brothers); Elizabeth Gill (sister); Christopher Gill (grandfather); Judy Gill and Shirley Gilman (grandmothers).

Alex is predeceased by; William Potts Sr. (grandfather). A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 3:00 pm at The Heritage Park in Prescott, Az. The service will be at the ramada at the top of the hill.
