Fredo ran track and played football in school. Fredo was a talented artist. Fredo was a family man that always put his family first and had a natural gift of humor.

He had three beautiful children whom he loved dearly, Victoria, Alyssa, and Alfredo Ortiz, Jr. Fredo was the beloved grandfather of Isabella Louise Luscinski and loving brother of Thomas (Paula), AnnMarie Johnson (Robert), Stephanie Ortiz, Luis Ortiz, Jason Delgado, Jasmine Delgado, and Jonathan Ortiz. Fredo was a man of loyalty and love. Fredo leaves behind support and love from several nieces and nephews, Fatima Ortiz, Sean Tookes, Sophie Johnson, Christian Ramos, Matthew Miller, Nicholas Ortiz, Tristian Ortiz, Gabriella Ortiz, Anjulie Ortiz, and Jordan Delgado.
