Algirdas Cepulis, age 86, of Philadelphia, lost his battle with cancer February 23, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bronius and Rosalija Cepulis and his beloved sister Darija Dragunas. He is survived by his nephews Audrius Dragunas (Neringa) and Gintaras Dragunas (Rosemary) and his great nephew, Edvinas Dragunas.

Born in Lithuania, he immigrated to the United States in 1951. After graduating high school he attended Draftsman School. He worked as a professional Engraver and Draftsman until his retirement.

Additionally Al was a professional photographer and an accomplished artist with works published in Lithuanian Encyclopedia. He is best remembered as a gentle soul with a wonderful sense of humor. He now rests in the comfort of his Heavenly Father.

He will be greatly missed by the Lithuanian Community, family and dear friends.
