Alice Nell Skaggs, age 80 of Clarkson passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Baptist Healthcare in Louisville. She was born July 2, 1938 in Leitchfield the daughter of the late Willie and Ella Green Kinser. She is survived by her children, Vickie Wright, Danny Dell Dennis, Nancy Robitaille, Kenny Skaggs and Eric Skaggs (Trish), one step-daughter, Songia Comley (David), nine grandchildren, Brian Duvall, Brent Duvall, Jermiah Hawkins, Jessica Vincent, Brittany Rodriguez, Nathaniel Robitaille, Katie Skaggs, Zach Karyder, and Gavin Skaggs, four great-grandchildren, Justice and Johanna Vincent, Savannah Karyder, and Beckham Hawkins, and one great-great-grandchild, two sisters, Mary Lou Wright and Ann Parrigan and several nieces and nephews.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Skaggs, six brothers, Harold, Randall, Aubrey, Gene, Jones and Stuart Kinser, two sisters, Ruby Gardner and Katherine Gillespie. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in Sanders Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm. Until 8:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Watson & Hunt Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Ms. Skaggs.
