Alice’s Obituary Alice P. (Rupainis) Bakutis, 94, beloved wife of the late of Charles Bakutis, passed away March 18, 2019, at her home with her family by her side. She was born in New Haven on June 26, 1924, a daughter of the late Joseph and Jenny Rupainis. She worked for Pratt & Whitney as an Quality Assurance Inspector from 1966 until she retired in 1999.

She is survived by her daughter, Laura Hall of Wallingford; her sons, David C. Bakutis and his wife Bettejean of Fort Worth, TX and Alan J. Bakutis and his wife Suzanne of North Yarmouth, ME; her grandchildren, Melissa Sullivan, Julia, Annah and Mallory Bakutis and Eric and Aaron Bakutis; her great grandchildren, Seamus, Kyla, Lachlan , Boden and Emma. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, March 21, 2018 at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Fatima Church, 382 Hope Hill Rd. , Yalesville.

Interment will be in St. John Cemetery in Wallingford. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street, Ext.
