Alicia Catherine Love, 92, passed away on January 19, 2019. She was born August 27, 1926 in Akron, OH to the late Thomas and Erma Maguire. She retired after many years working as an LPN.

Alicia was a lifelong resident of the Portage Lakes where she enjoyed swimming and ice skating. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; son, Harvey Love; and daughter-in-law, Gail Love; and ten siblings. Alicia is survived by her son, William Love II; daughter, Jamie (Ray) Harris; sisters, Pat Jones and Rosemary Cravier; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Jeanette May.

Friends may call at Bacher Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd. , Akron on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 10 to 11 a.m., where services will be held at 11 a.m., Pastor Kevin Baker officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, in memory of Alicia.
