OBITUARY Allan George Koplitz October 23, 1935 – December 4, 2018 Allan George Koplitz, age 83, of Freehold, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday December 4, 2018. Allan was born October 23, 1935 in New York, New York. Allan is survived by his wife, Betty Koplitz; son Elliott Koplitz; son Neil Koplitz and his husband Brian; and grandson Jonathan Koplitz and his wife Kaitlyn.

Allan was preceded in death by his son: Marshall Koplitz (2016). Funeral services for Allan will be held Thursday, December 6, 2018 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726. A burial will occur Thursday, December 6, 2018 at King Solmon Cemetery, Dwas Line Road, Clifton, NJ.

The Period of Mourning will be as follows: the residence of Elliott Koplitz following the burial on Thursday and Friday. Also at the residence of Betty Koplitz Saturday evening through Wednesday morning. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Allan’s memory may be made to Chabad of Western Monmouth County, 351 Stillwells Corner Road, Freehold Township, New Jersey 07728; and Marlboro Hadassah, P O Box 208, Wickatunk, New Jersey 07765 US.
