Obituary for Alma Beatrice Conklin Alma Beatrice Conklin-age 93 of Maynardville, formerly of Washingtonville, New York passed away Thursday evening, December 20, 2018 at Willow Ridge Center. She was of the Presbyterian faith. She was a very family-oriented person and a very loving person who also loved to dance.

Alma was preceded in death by Husband, Elmar Conklin; son, Louis Curry; five brothers and three sisters. Survivors: Daughter, Linda Spears of Maynardville; Three granddaughters, Deb Spears, Dawn Spears, both of Maynardville; Louann Raines of New Albany, Mississippi; Two grandsons, Cody Curry of Liberty, New York; Jessie Curry; Four great-granddaughters, Kelsie Murray, Kimberly Murray, Selena Murray and Sondra Ward, all of Maynardville; One great-grandson, Stewart Ward of Maynardville. Several nieces and nephews.

No local services are planned. Services and burial will be held in New York at a later date. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
