OBITUARY Amanda Annette Weyant July 21, 1990 – November 22, 2018 On July 21st, 1990 God sent to us an angel whom we named Mandy Ferguson. She spent the next 28 years bringing immense joy and love to all she came into contact with. She was a graduate of Eastwood High School and has a Bachelors of Science in Education from UTEP.

She was currently teaching 6th grade at Eastwood Heights Elementary. During her life she performed miracles by devoting her smile and love to her family, her husband, her friends, her beloved pets, and most of all her students whom she loved and taught on a daily basis. She unashamedly converted all her students to avid Green Bay Packer fans to the irritation of many parents who were Dallas fans.

On November 22, 2018, God willed his angel home. Through a tragic unnecessary event, Mandy’s life was taken from all those who loved her so dearly. Her death leaves a hole in the souls of the many who dearly loved her.

Mandy is survived by her husband, Cameron Weyant, her family-Cynthia Ferguson (mother) Dan Ferguson (father) and Daniel Ferguson (her loving big brother), her Aunt Cecilia Bodey, and her Grandmother Amy Bodey. Services will be at Crestview Funeral home at 1462 N. Zaragosa Rd on Wednesday November 28th from 5-7 pm. Please, in lieu of flowers all donations can be made to: From The Heart, www.
