Amanda Price 64, of Merkel passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019 surrounded by her family. Amanda was born June 6, 1954 to Alfred and Thelma Williams in Abilene, Texas. Amanda is survived by her husband Jimmy Price; children Andrea Kissick and husband Packy, Scott Richardson and wife Karen, Amy Richardson, and Jeannie Richardson; and grandchildren Kordell, Karley, Riley, Colton, Allie, Meadow, John, Destry and River.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00PM Friday, May 17, 2019 at Starbuck Funeral Home in Merkel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM Saturday, May 18, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Merkel. Burial will follow at Elmwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of Starbuck Funeral Home.
