Amy LaSan Mashburn 45 of Boaz passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at her residence Her Funeral Service will be 3 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2019 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery. Visitation will be 1:30 until 3 Monday at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Bro.

Jon Henderson and Bro. Wayne White will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Wade Mashburn, Steve Scott, Jon Scott, Tim Scott, Todd Scott, Josh Blanchard, Braun Pee.

The Family would like to thank all of the family and friends that has been there for Amy and Bonnie. Also a special thanks to Shepherds Cove Hospice for all of there care and thoughtfulness. Amy is survived by her Loving Mother; Bonnie Mashburn, Brother; Wade Mashburn (Christee), Nieces; Kacee and Gabee Mashburn, Grandmother; Vonceil Mashburn.
