Amy Susan Pedemonti, 48 of Berlin passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, June 17, 2018. Amy was born September 19, 1969 in New Britain, CT, daughter of Richard and Susan Pedemonti of Higganum, CT. Amy leaves her three beautiful children that she loved deeply; Michael, Jonathan and Ashley Fort of Berlin, CT.

Besides her parents and children, Amy leaves her brother Craig Pedemonti, sister-in-law Karen, nephew Cody and niece Karlee of Berlin, CT; her brother, Patrick Pedemonti, sister-in-law Janne and niece Sofie of Arlington, VT. Amy also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends including; Colleen Brunelle of Plainville, CT and Lisa Bumbera of Berlin, CT. Amy was a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas, class of 1987.

Amy loved soaking up the sun, enjoying magnificent sunrises, sunsets and star gazing at the family’s beach cottage in Clinton, CT. She was Def Leppard’s biggest fan and loved listening to Ja Rule. Amy loved to cook and took pride in her work as a caregiver for the elderly.

She was a great mother to her three children and wrapped her love around them always. She will be deeply missed by all. She now joins her beloved grandparents, “Pop” and “Gram”, Edward and June Dyer.

Everyone is invited to go directly to St. Paul Church, 485 Alling St, Berlin, CT 06037 on Saturday, June 23rd at 10:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will follow at Wilcox Cemetery in East Berlin. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Amy’s name to The Hospital of Central CT Cancer Center, Attention Development Office, 100 Grand Street, New Britain, CT 06050.
