Lopez, born March 20, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois, entered into eternal rest May 9, 2019 at the age of 67. Anita is survived by her husband, Bernardo Lopez; son, Gabriel Lopez; daughter, Ruby Lopez; and her 7 grandchildren, Jonathan, Christopher, Gabriel Jacob, Marissa, Issac, Tess and Emma. Anita, mother of two, was a much loved and devoted wife and grandmother.

Anita passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Anita eloped and married the love of her life and friend, Bernardo Lopez. Bernardo and Anita were married for 47 years.

She dedicated her life to her family and establishing Delicious Tamales #3. Anita enjoyed nourshing her family with unconditional love. She enjoyed gardening and listening to “Pink Floyd”.

Anita will be dearly missed by all her loving family and friends. The family invites to come celebrate and honor a wonderful life lived. Funeral services are as follows: Friday – May 17, 2010: Memorial service 6:30pm-7:30pm at Texas Funeral Home Chapel, 2702 Castroville Rd.
