OBITUARY ANITA M. HERNANDEZ December 26, 1941 – January 22, 2019 Anita M. Hernandez, born on December 26, 1941 in Somerset, TX was called to be with the Lord on January 22, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, Santos and Maria Martinez; brothers, Felipe Martinez, Jose Martinez, Apolonio Martinez and Simonsitos Martinez; sister, Adelfina Menchaca. She is survived by her husband, Arthur S. Hernandez; children, Robert L. Hernandez (Rebecca), Jacob Hernandez (Irene), Larry Hernandez (Tammy) and Gabriel Hernandez (Susie); grandchildren, Taryn Valdez, Kristan Hernandez, Jacob Jeremiah Hernandez, Erika Rose Puente, Alexis Marie Hernandez, Lauren McCulloch, Erin Merino, Tyler Hernandez, Garrett Parker, Morgan Lee Parker and Courtney Michelle Hernandez; great grandchildren, Audrina Navarro, Madison Martinez, Mason Hernandez, Miles Hernandez, Miken Hernandez, Emma Puente, Cash Puente, Chase Puente, Xavier McCulloch, Greyson McCulloch, Skylar Burton and one on the way; brother, Juan Martinez; sister, Florinda Uriegas.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2019 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 9:15 a.m. for a Mass of the Resurrection at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Somerset, TX. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Somerset,TX.
