She is survived by her beloved husband, George Eiji Uyemura; children, Gary (Amy), Wayne and Phyllis Uyemura; grandchildren, Hillary (Peter-Maximilian) Hamm, Garrett McElroy and Sachi Uyemura; she is also survived by other relatives.
