Graveside Services: 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 26, 2019, in Caddo Cemetery, 6700 FM 1902, Joshua, 76058. Visitation: 5-7:00 p.m., Monday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook 76126.

Ann Shine was born November 3, 1953 in Spartanburg, S.C. to Joseph and Lillian McDowell. As part of a U.S. Air Force family, she traveled to England, Germany, and Holland as a young woman. She worked in clerical in the surgery center at All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth for many years.

Ann was preceded in death by her father, Joseph McDowell, and brother, Pete McDowell. Survivors: Mother, Lillian McDowell; sister, Jan Caldwell; husband, David Shine; son, Tim (Jenn) Scott; daughter, Tara (Jesse) Molina; stepdaughter, Alicia Shine; seven grandchildren; numerous other extended family members; and a loving multitude of friends.
