Ann M. Slaga (nee Frasunek) age 100, of Hegewisch passed away peacefully on March 26, 2019. Ann was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed spending her time with family and listening to the Chicago Cubs baseball games.

Ann was dedicated to her Catholic faith and was a member of St. Florian Ladies Rosary Sidelity. Beloved daughter of late Albert and Angeline Frasunek, loving wife of late Charles P. Slaga, cherished mother of Marylou Perrone, loving grandmother of Jeffrey and Lauren Perrone, beloved great-grandmother “GG” of Ryker and Lincoln, dearest friend of many. Visitation will be on Friday, March 29, 2019 from 8:30 AM until 11:30 AM at Sadowski Funeral Home of Hegewisch, 13300 S. Houston Ave.

Chicago, IL 60633 (773-646-1666). Prayer service to commence at 11:30 AM for 12 PM Funeral Mass at St. Florian Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City.
