Marsh, Anna Mae (Blomer), passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019, at the age of 94. Born to Joseph and Anna Marie Blomer on August 12, 1924 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Adored wife of Shelby (deceased), for 72 years.
Devoted Mother to Gary (Debbie), Dan (Connie), Steve (Nancy), Christine (Al) Bayes, Michael (Stephanie). Grandma to Jennifer (Tim) Detzel, Tony (Cassie) Marsh, Brad (Kelly) Marsh, Casey (Cathleen) Marsh, Kyle Marsh, Alison (Paul) Woytowich, David (Caryn) Marsh, Nina (Todd) Rubin, Joey (Stacey) Marsh, Stephanie (Ben) Baldwin, Steve (Samantha) Marsh, Lauren (Mike) Walker, Jarrod (Anna) Bayes, Briana, Danielle, and Brady Marsh. Great grandmother to Brittany, Samantha, Natalie, Cassidy, Alayna, Dominic, Carson, Ben, Carter, Camden, Hope, Ayla, Paisley, Claire, Mae, Madelyne, Logan, Olivia, Brennan, Brody, Liam, Brody, Jackson, Grant, and one more arriving in March.
Great, Great Grandmother to Colten and Lucas. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Joseph, William, Ethel Parker, Robert, Leroy, Larry, Dolores Wuest, Marguerite Gehringer, and JoAnn Lamping .
Preceded in death by her son, David (Ramona) Marsh and grandson, Gary (Kim) Marsh. Anna was first and foremost a loving and devoted wife to Shelby for 72 years. A very nurturing mother, grandmother and great grandmother who always wanted everyone to be happy.
She would have done anything for her family. She really was the glue that held us together and made us a family. There was nothing she liked more than family gatherings.
Anna always saw the good in others and had a way of making others smile. Attending her children and grandchildren’s sporting events gave her great pleasure. Anna always looked forward to playing bingo and poker with her sisters and the four of them played weekly for many many years.
She will forever be our sweet Annie! ! Visitation will be held at Neidhard-Young Funeral Home 7401 Hamilton Ave.
, Mt. Healthy on Tuesday, January 15, 2018 from 10 AM until time of family Eulogy at 11:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter and St. Paul Church, 330 W. Vine Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45215 at 12:30 P.M. A special thanks to the staff at Sanctuary Pointe, especially Colleen, Lori, and Shawn for all the comfort and care they provided Anna and the entire Marsh family.
