Hartsville, SC Mrs. Anna Mae Polson-Oglesby age 79, of Hartsville, went home to be with The Lord on Sunday morning, December 2, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. A service of celebration will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 3:00pm at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home. Pastor Tim Skipper and Pastor Ronnie Phelps will officiate.

Burial will be in Westview Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday 2:00-3:00pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Anna was born in Hartsville the daughter of the late Tommy Byrd and Mable Morrison Moore.

She was a member of Calvary Tabernacle Church, she enjoyed her daily swims at the YMCA in Hartsville. She will be remembered as one who always put others before herself. She was a joyful woman, a loving mother, devoted grandmother and, irreplaceable friend.

Surviving are her son, Chris Polson, Lexington; daughter, Gina (Mark) Jones, Florence; grandchildren, Kariahlyn Lindsey, Zac Jones, Jordan Polson, Karli Jones, Madison Polson, Jade Polson, Makensly Polson; her lifelong best friend, Lucille Oliver,many other special friends and, her faithful dog Max. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Benjamin Polson, Jr., brother, Bud Byrd, special friend Frank Keefe. Memorials may be made to Hope for healing for Cancer Patients, memorial donations need to be made out to the Chairperson of the organization, Debbie Heustess, 512 Emmary Street, Hartsville, SC 29550.
