Anna Marie Owens, 68 HARTFORD CITY – Anna Marie Owens, 68, passed away at 4:36 a.m. Friday, February 15, 2019 at IU Health Blackford Community Hospital. She was born in Hartford City on April 12, 1950 to Edwin R. Jones and Mildred A. (Rogers) Jones. Her parents preceded her in death.

Anna graduated from Hartford City High School in 1967 and attended Indianapolis Technical Institute. She married Ronald Edward Owens at the Old Nazarene Church in Hartford City.
