OBITUARY Anna Rose Cushman July 5, 1929 – February 5, 2019 Anna Rose Cushman, 89, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. Anna was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on July 5, 1929 to parents Louis and Anna (Paple) Chianese. As a young women in Pittsburgh she worked at Liberty Bakery.

After marriage she became a devoted wife and homemaker. Anna and her family relocated to the Cleveland area in 1979. She attended St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Northfield until failing health.

Anna was a sweet person and a loving, dedicated mother. Anna’s favorite pastimes were watching baseball, cooking for her family and was known to sing in the kitchen while doing so. Anna is survived by her sons: John (Christine) Cushman, Louis Cushman, Michael (Paula) Cushman and Daniel Cushman.

Surviving also are her grandchildren: Jessica (John) Denison, Michael (Amanda) Cushman, Julia Cushman, John (Megan) Cushman and her great-grandchildren: McKenzie & Tyler Denison and Allison & Alivia Cushman. She also leaves her sisters: Angeline and Theresa and many loving nieces and nephews. Anna was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joseph Cushman and six siblings.

Condolences and memories may be shared at www. Wood-Kortright-Borkoski.com Friends will be received at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 11:00am until the 1:00pm funeral service officiated by Chaplain William Wisniewski. Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro on Monday, February 11th at 11:00am.
