Annabelle Desta (Mercer) Harper Winfrey, 84, of Livingston, MT passed away Sunday evening, May 12th, 2019 of cancer. Annabelle was born September 6, 1934 in Livingston, MT. Annabelle, one of four children, is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Agnes (Stacy) Mercer, her husband, Kendall Winfrey, her stepfather, Charlie Walker and three sisters and their husbands, Vivian (Don) Richards, Helen (Cecil) Pavey and Shirley Carlin.

Annabelle graduated from Park Senior High School in Livingston, class of 1952. She worked for the Burlington Northern Railroad from 1973 to 1992 at which time she retired. Annabelle was first married to Warren W. Harper of Livingston.

The had 2 daughters and 1 son and later divorced. Annabelle and her husband Kendall Winfrey were married January 3, 1980. Annabelle and Kendall spent their summers in Livingston and spent winters “R-Ving” through the southern United States and settled for the winter in Bullhead City, Arizona.

When she was not traveling, she enjoyed golfing, playing cards and games, and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Annabelle is survived by her children, Desta (Stephen) Ecker of Faribault, MN, Wayne (Colleen) Harper of Butte. MT, Dawn Miciewicz of Livingston, MT, Richard (Darlene) Winfrey of San Jose, CA, Kevin (Susan) Winfrey of Overland Park, KS and Douglas (Therese) Winfrey of Hugo, MN.

She had 15 grandchildren and 29 great0grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. No services will be held.

There will be a celebration of life to be scheduled at a later date. Donations to the American Cancer Society in Annabelle’s name can be made in lieu of flowers. Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
