Annie Mae Bowe Ferebee was born June 12, 1930 in Weeksville, NC. Annie Mae Married the late Alexander Walter Ferebee (Bishop) October 3, 1956, Whom she was preceded in death by her parents, Matthew and Hattie Lucille Twine Bowe : one adopted son; Leroy Simpson : two sisters betty L. Turner, and Sue Francis Bowe; four brothers; Mattew Bowe Jr., Lassiter Bowe, William Henry Bowe, and Willie Edward Bowe. She leaves to cherish in her memory:one daughter Ella Ferebee Skinner (Ricky SR)of Barco,NC;two sisters,Ella B. Thornton and Adeline B Dance both of Elizabeth City NC one sister-in law Iris D. Ferebee,five grandchildren Ella Skinner (Monica) Ricky Skinner JR, Kevin A Skinner, Khadijha M. Skinner JR; Kayla M. Skinner one step grandchildren Jerell Alexander, an a host of cousins and friends.
