ANNIE ZELL WRENN HOLT age 85, of 202 Snipes Road, Hurdle Mills, NC died Wednesday afternoon, April 25, 2018 at Duke Regional Hospital. Mrs. Holt was born April 18, 1933 in Person County, NC daughter of the late Bernice & Mattie Long Wrenn and was wife of 59 years to the late Johnnie Ervin Holt, Jr She was retired from Longhurst Cotton Mill after 45 years of service and was a member of North Roxboro Baptist Church.

Surviving are a nephew Glenn Wrenn & wife, Wendy and a host of other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Holt is preceded in death by two sisters, Sally Sue Evans, Willoree Reaves, five brothers, Burley Wrenn, Frank Wrenn, William Wrenn, Calvin Wrenn, and John Wrenn. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2018 at North Roxboro Baptist Church with the Rev.

Ben Durand officiating. Interment will follow in the Theresa Baptist Church Cemetery. The body can be viewed and visitation will be anytime at the home.

Pallbearers will be Mark Ashley, Cecil Carver, William Evans, Jr., Kevin Jones, Reed Marston, and Leon Roach. Leroy Roach and Bobby Shelton will serve as honorary pallbearers. Arrangements are by Strickland and Jones Memorial Funeral Services, 1810 Durham, Road, Roxboro, NC 27573.
