Obituary for Anthony “Tony” Wheeler Print Anthony “Tony” Wheeler was born November 29th ,1958 in Harlem, New York to Mary Kelly and Arthur Sheffield. Shortly after, his family relocated to Boston, MA and he attended Boston Public Schools for his formal education. Tony so affectionately known to many; was a smooth talker and could be seen throughout the Boston area, minding his business riding his bike or with his dog.
Tony was a kind and gentle soul and loved his family, especially his mother and children. Tony was diagnosed with Lung Cancer in October of 2018. It progressively spread through his body and on February 1st, 2019, around 3:22 PM, he transitioned from this earthly life.
Tony leaves behind to cherish his memory forever, his mother Mary Kelly; his father Arthur Sheffield; (Step-father Abraham Kelly who proceeded him in death) Children; Danielle Grady (deceased) Latara Grady of Brockton, MA; Anthony Jr and Quinelle Wheeler of Lynn MA; Grandchildren; Saiguan Grady, Kevin (deceased), DreShon Grady, Kawon Covan, Jacari Jenkins, Quinelle and Rayshawn Wheeler, two very special granddaughters Hayley Manalasay and Aniya Wheeler, his brothers; Albert Wheeler, Kevin Wheeler(deceased) sisters Christine Wheeler (his Road Dog, two peas in a pod), Tina Kelly and a host of other relatives and friends.
