Anthony Vincent Ruggiero, 23, of Keyport, NJ, passed away at home on Saturday, May 18, 2019 in Keyport, NJ. Anthony was born on February 8, 1996 to Vincent and Lee Ann Ruggiero in Staten Island, NY. Anthony worked as a Construction Worker for KJB Construction, Manahawakin, NJ.

He lived in Matawan, NJ before moving to Keyport, NJ. several years ago. Anthony was a communicant of The Church Of Saint Clement, Matawan, NJ.

Anthony loved working at his construction job and took pride in the work he did. He also enjoyed being around friends, going to the beach, and simply putting a smile on everyone’s face. Anthony was an avid NY Rangers fan.

Anthony is survived by his mother, Lee Ann Ruggiero; his loving girlfriend, Alyssa Richards and his “child to be”; two sisters, Brittani Ruggiero, and Lanna Ruggiero; and his brother, Frank Ruggiero. He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Peter Ruggiero who passed away in 2016. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 23, 2019, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and Friday, May 24, 2019, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Waitt Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 501 Hwy.

79, Morganville, NJ. A Mass Of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 25, 2019, at 10:00 am at St. Clement RC Church, Matawan, NJ. Entombment will follow in the Marlboro Mausoleum and Cemetery, Hwy.
