OBITUARY Antonio Escareno Gonzales February 28, 1946 – October 25, 2018 Antonio (Blackie) Gonzales went to be with the lord on October 25, 2018. He was born on February 28, 1946 in Sterling, Colorado to parents Paul Gonzales and Aurora Gonzales. He is survived by his wife, Jeannette Gonzales; daughters, Sylvia Gonzales, Esmeralda Medel, and Michelle Corona; eleven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded by his mother, Aurora Gonzales; father Paul Gonzales; son, Antonio (Tony) Gonzales Jr.; two brothers and four sisters. The family will receive family and friends for visitation Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 12:00pm and a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park.
