OBITUARY Antonio I. Garcia Neves January 6, 1923 – November 1, 2018 Antonio was born in Praia do Norte, Faial, Açores on January 6, 1923 and passed away November 1, 2018 in San Jose, CA. He’s predeceased by his parents Antonio G. Neves and Julia Avila Neves, siblings Manuel Neves, Maria Quadros, Ana Portela, Joe Neves and Pedro Neves and grandson Jason DeVargas. He is survived by his son, David Neves (Sherry), daughter Diane DeVargas (Andre) , 3 grandchildren Paul Neves (Shandra), Heather Neves, Stacey DeVargas, 3 great grandchildren Isabella, Ava and Callie, sister Alexandrina Rose from San Jose, CA and Conceição Bettencourt from Toronto, Canada.

He was a member of the Five Wounds Church Choir. Visitation Wednesday, November 7 , 2018 from 6-7pm with Rosary at 7pm and Mass at 7:15pm at Five Wounds Portuguese National Church, 1375 E Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA 95116. Thursday, November 8, 2018 viewing from 8:30am-10am at Willow Glen Funeral Home and Burial at 10:30am at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
