April N. Hamilton, 34, of New Cumberland, died on Sunday, January 13, 2019, at UPMC Pinnacle West Shore, Mechanicsburg. The daughter of Barry L. and Joyce (Lowe) Hamilton, she was born on November 25, 1984, in Panama City, FL. April was a 2002 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School, Camp Hill.

She was very close with her family, and spent most of her time with and around them. She enjoyed playing video games with her daughter, Alyssa, and she’d sometimes stroll the streets of New Cumberland… with her chihuahua, Rosalie. April was a sports fan too; the Washington Capitals and Indianapolis Colts were her two favorite teams.

She is survived by her daughter, Alyssa M. Hamilton; her parents, Barry L. and Joyce (Lowe) Hamilton, of New Cumberland; a grandmother, Beatrice M. Hamilton, of New Cumberland; two sisters, Jennifer Hamilton, of New Cumberland, and Kelly Hamilton, of Harrisburg; and two aunts, Tina Digrugilliers, of Lemoyne, and Diane Hamilton, of North Carolina.
