Ardath Hoag, age 87 of Fowlerville passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 18 2018. She was born in Lansing on December 20, 1930. She met her husband Louis Hoag at a dance and married in 1948.

They became residents of Fowlerville, Michigan where they raised their two sons (Terry and Rick) and were happily married for 68 years. For many years she worked for the company Ben Franklins and Dunham’s Sports. Ardath loved spending time with her family, friends and caring for their many animals.

She enjoyed cooking (best pickled beets, pumpkin cookies and orange fluff), gardening, dancing and listening to country music. Ardath joins her husband Louis, brother Paul and sister Nyra. She is survived by her sister Carol (Cliff) Clark; her sons Terry (Janet) Hoag, Rick (Karen) Hoag; her Grandchildren Stacey (Michael) Elcoate, Nick (Karen) Hoag, Richard Hoag, Crystal (Shannon) Hawk, Todd (Dana) Meyers, Robert (Amanda) Meyers; her Great Grandchildren Carter and Connor Hoag, Aurora and Avery Lynch, Aiana Lowe, Jayden and Colton, Michael and Mirah, Taylor and Jordyn; Great-Great Grandchildren Albany and Bentley and numerous other relatives and special friends.
