OBITUARY Arlene Gimarino January 27, 1949 – September 30, 2018 Arlene Varca Gimarino, was born on January 27, 1940 to Arturo Varca and Perla Azucena Varca in Manapla, Negros Occidental, Philippines. After immigrating to the US in 1987, she worked as a day care center teacher at Salvation Army in East New York until she retired in 2007. Arlene went ahead to join her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on September 30, 2018.

She is reunited with her son, Kenneth, who passed away in 1972. Arlene leaves behind her husband of 48 years, Patricio; four children, Alvim, Kelly, Joylyn, and Erik; daughter-in-law, Migna Lisette; three grandchildren, Arianna Haylee, Gianna Kensie, and Caleb Maximus; many family members and friends. We will miss you until we are reunited again.
