Obituary for Arthur Twigg Print Arthur D. “Jack” Twigg, 74, of Beccaria Twp. , passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born on March 10, 1944 in Beccaria Twp.

, he was the son of the late William J. and Rose V. (Stiles) Twigg. On June 12, 1965, in Smokerun United Methodist Church, he married Carol Belin, who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, Lanette (Dan) Potutschnig of Reedsville and Brad (Donna) Twigg of Smokerun; five grandchildren, Nathan Ferrell, Janae and Sophie Potutschnig, Jaclyn and Sunny Twigg; one sister, Cathy Lebda, and one brother, Roger Twigg.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Twigg. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a construction inspector for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He was a member of the American Legion Post 614 in Patton.
