Arthur Verschueren, age 85, died at home in Pentwater on Thursday, July 5, 2018. He was born on February 21, 1933 in Elbridge Township to Henry Sr. and Edith (Gerard) Verschueren. Arthur was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy M. (Battice) Verschueren and fifteen siblings.

He is survived by one son, Mark Verschueren; his sister, Jenny Mangold of Hart; three stepdaughters, Rosemary A. Smith of Manistee, Linda L. Hill of Harbor Springs, and June (Gary) Stanfield of Manistee; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was employed by Campbells in Muskegon as a foundry worker. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

There will be no services for Mr. Verschueren.
