Obituary of Arthur Payette Jr. February 2, 1945 – January 27, 2019 Arthur Charles Payette Jr. Age 73 of Grosse Ile. Beloved husband of Doreene Payette. Loving father of Arthur (Lora) Payette III, Matthew (Aimie) Payette and Michael Payette.

Dearest grandfather of Sarah (Charles) Jordan, Amanda (Sam) Lamb, Annie Payette, Jessica Marangoni and Hannah Gross. Dear brother of Rita (Don) Mahalak and David (Maura) Payette. Also survived by 4 great grandsons, 5 nephews and nieces and many cousins.

Preceded in death by parents Arthur and Bettyann Payette and brother John Bruce Payette. Arthur passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family after a long illness. He was a member of the Grosse Ile Knights of Columbus, FYC and Grosse Ile Nature and Land Conservacy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society are appreciated.
