Ashlyn Jame Nicole Moore, age 12 of Oneida, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018 in Winfield, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Nickie Nichole Goodman Moore and Quinton James Moore. She attended Burchfield Elementary School, played softball, loved the outdoors, music and being around people she loved.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Eddie Goodman and Melissa Smith and Curtis Moore; great grandparent Willard Goodman; and aunt Beverly Jeffers. She is survived by her parents Nickie Nichole Goodman Moore and Quinton James Moore; brother Noah Moore and sister Brayleigh Moore; great grandparents Edna Goodman and Donald Marlow; grandmother Kathal Moore of Winfield, TN; aunts and uncles on the mother’s side Eddie Goodman, Jr., Krista Goodman, Isiah Smith and Dakota Goodman; aunts and uncles on the father’s side Johnny and Linda Moore of Parkers Lake, KY, Bruce and Linda Moore of Ringgold, GA, Curtis Moore, Jr. of Winfield, TN; Violet Raines of LaFollette, TN, Qula and Bill Stephens of Winfield, TN, Melissa and JR Ryan of Winfield, TN; very close friends Camillia Jeffers, Erica Torres, Kailey Hughett, Marissa Byrge, Dayce Day, Kaylee Smith; special friends Kelly and Josh Harness, Karen and Tom Sellers, Sharon Summers and Shannon Summers; lots of cousins and many more friends. Friends may visit with the Moore family on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro.

Chris Sewell officiating. Interment will follow. Pallbearers will be: Ray Marlow, Donnie Burchfield, Bruce Moore, Junior Moore, Johnny Moore, Ethan Vanover and Donnie King.

Honorary pallbearer will be Noah Moore. Your wings were ready but my heart was not. And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
