He was a Baptist. Preceded in death by grandfathers; Robert Shelton, Glen White. Survivors: father, Mitchell Guy Powell; mother, Shelly Hooper and step-father, John Hooper; sister, Bailey Powell; grandparents, Don and Jean Powell, Betty Shelton, Shirley White; as well as numerous loving extended family and friends.
