Bro. Austin Lee Flowers age 71 of Pendergrass Rd. in Byrdstown, TN passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 at the Pickett County Care and Rehab.

He was born March 14, 1947 in Byrdstown, TN to Roy Printis Flowers and Doxie Mae (Amonett) Flowers. He was a member of the Oak Grove Community Church, a minister, farmer, school bus driver and furniture store owner. Austin is survived by his Wife: Gertrude Sylvia (Conaster) Flowers ; (2) Sons: Jeffery Flowers and Wife: Susan , Wendel Flowers and Wife: Jennifer ; (3) Grandchildren: Samantha Brooke Flowers, Andrew Flowers and Owen Flowers ; Niece: Belinda Scarce and Husband: Mark ; Great Nephew: Ty Scarce.

Also survived by other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Roy and Doxie Flowers ; (1) Infant Son; (1) Brother: Denver Flowers ; (1) Sister: Florence Neal. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro.

Greg Jenkins and Bro. Thomas Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Guntertown Cemetery.
