She is survived by: her parents, Maurice and Vickie Worthy of Union City; sisters, Tiffany Smith and Amber Rice, both of Fairburn, and Candice Worthy-Simms of Union City; brothers, Maurice and Cedric Worthy of New Jersey; and several nieces and nephews. Services to be announced.
